做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
