做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
