做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
