做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
