做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
