做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
