做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
