做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
