做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
