做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
