做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
