做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
