做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
