做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
