做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
