做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
