做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
