做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
