做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
