做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
