做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
