做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
