做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
