做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
