做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
