做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
