做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
