做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
