做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
