做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
