做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
