做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
