做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
