做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
