做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
