做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
