做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
