做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
