做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
