做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
