做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
