做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
