做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
