做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
