做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
