做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
