做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
