做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
