做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
