做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
